Questions
1)  Why can't I login to the Mail Server?
2)  My printer is printing garbage, what do I do?
3)  My display has fliped upside down.
4)  My Mouse pointer is jumpy and hard to control.

Login Change:

2)  Q My printer is printing garbage, what do I do?
A
Turn off your printer.
You should see a printer Icon in the lower right corner, double click that Icon.
You will see multiple print jobs in your print box.
Select the top job, hold your shift key and select the bottom job.
Right click and select cancel.
It may take a while for the top job to delete, this is the job that caused your problem.
When all jobs have cleared, close the screen and turn your printer back on.
It may print what is left in its memory.
3)  Q My display has fliped upside down.

Hold down CTRL ALT and press the up arrow.
4)  Q My Mouse pointer is jumpy and hard to control.
A
You may have a dirty Mouse.
Look under Help Yourself, in the left Menu.
Click on, Clean your Mouse.
5)  Q I get a message that says my mailbox is full.

Look under Help Yourself, in the left Menu.
Click on, Empty Mailbox.
6)  Q My Home Page has changed in Internet Explorer.
A
At the top of Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options.
In the Address box, type www.wcde.org.
Click Apply then OK.
7)  Q What do I need to install Gradebook

Remove your Java:

Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel
Go to Add or Remove Programs
Remove any instance of Java
