Frontier Healthcare has two school based therapists, Nicole Bonham & Madison M. Geis, available to assist DCHS students. Before students can see the Frontier Health Therapists, parents must give permission. To give permission, fill out the online form or download the paper form, fill it out and return it to the student services office.
