Your group must have more than 50% of attendees be students of Washington County Schools or you will be charged a rental fee. Use this link to fill out the Facility Rental Agreement. The cost of the rental will be emailed to you after the rental agreement approval process is completed. You will be asked for copies of: 

• proof of liability insurance

• list of students names and schools (if applicable)
