Two DCHS students in Mr. Brody Earnhardt's Creative Writing class/club were recognized for their entries in the 2024 National Student Poetry Competition sponsored by Appelley Publishing. Senior Vance Redd and sophomore Sia Stathoudakis will each have their poems published in the Appelley Publishing 2025 Rising Stars Collection (https://www.appelley.org/2025stars).
