What is SCOPE?
SCOPE stands for "Student Congress on Policies in Education." The students who were selected to represent DCHS at the SCOPE conference in March will discuss current topics in education and explore education issues through mock school board meetings, group discussions, and debates with their peers. The events at the conference are designed to give students an understanding of how school boards operate.
