Hello students and parents! 

My name is Katie Edens and I am so excited to be the School Counselor at West View Elementary School! This is my fourth year at West View and I am looking forward to this new school year! 

I am from Jonesborough, TN and I grew up in the Washington County schools. I graduated from Milligan University in 2018 with my Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Social Work. I received my Master's of Counseling in School Counseling in 2020. 

I am the head Cross Country Coach and Track for West View. I have a wonderful coaching staff in Ms. Williams and we had a competitive year in both Cross Country and Track!  If you would like to run for either of these teams, please let either Ms. Williams or me know!  

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog Winston.  I enjoy all things Disney. I love the beach, hiking, camping, plants, animals, coffee, and soccer! I can't wait to see all the wonderful things that you are going to accomplish!
