I am excited about teaching at West View this year.  I recently moved here from the Orlando, Florida area, but I am originally from upstate New York.  I earned a bachelor of science degree in Geology, and a master's degree in Education and Human Development.  I have taught both middle and high school in New York and Florida for over 20 years.  I am excited to be in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. I discovered this area while completing my geology field camp during my undergraduate degree.  I am looking forward to sharing my passion for science and fostering curiosity in my students.
